This invaluable experience shaped his eye for detail and passion for honoring classic stonework traditions, while also staying attuned to the evolving techniques that keep the craft alive today.

In 2000, Joe founded Hall Masonry as a family-run business dedicated to quality, integrity, and lasting beauty. Based in Newport, Joe and his wife Marilyn have raised their seven children here, reinforcing the local roots and personal commitment behind every project.
